Who We are

Founded by two dedicated women with over a decade of
experience supporting survivors, Derbyshire Serenity
Foundation C.I.C is a safe and empowering space for
women escaping domestic abuse. We offer more than just
safety-we provide the tools, support, and encouragement
needed to help women rebuild their lives with dignity and
independence.

Our Approach:

Funded solely by voluntary donations from individuals,
organizations, and the community
Operates as a not-for-profit Community Interest
Company (CIC)
Offers holistic support, including counselling,
mentorship, legal guidance, housing assistance, and life
skills training
Provides specialized programs in financial literacy, job
readiness, and emotional resilience
Actively advocates for stronger protections and raises
awareness to challenge the stigma and silence around
domestic abuse

We create safe spaces to heal, opportunities to build independence, and a community of allies who stand by every step of the journey. Every conversation, every act of kindness, every donation helps turn fear into hope, and hope into strength.
